The reserved thesis topics in the Topic Book will be assigned by the supervisor to the registered students. This assignment of the topic will create the official assignment of the thesis in the Tematikon..
The creation of the thesis description in the application Tematikon
1. After logging in, the student selects from the menu “My assignment”.
2. The student clicks on the pencil icon, 
this allows the student to edit the assignment of the Diploma Thesis. Eye icon 
is used to display the assignment. After the assignment has been edited by the student in consultation with the supervisor, the student must not forget to save the assignment. To save, click on the blue save button.
3. After the supervisor reads the revised assignment, the supervisor forwards it to the student for approval (the supervisor's approval closes the assignment), the student must AGREE TO THE ASSIGNMENT. This consent is given by clicking on the pink button seen in the figure below.
The system will ask the student if they really want to insert their consent to the assignment, if the student does approves the assignment with this step. 
4. The assignment of the Diploma Thesis approved by the student and the supervisor goes to the STUDY PROGRAM GUARANTOR to expresses his approval in this step.
5. If the supervisor of the master thesis description decides to return the master thesis description for rework, steps 2 and 3 are again used and the master thesis description is modified according to the supervisor's request and the master thesis description is resubmitted for approval.
